Best friends.

When people ask, "What makes a good best friend?" these are the automatic answers that come to mind.

• Always there for you

• Honest

• Loyal

• Like what you like

I feel like I need to go more into depth what my best friends truely mean to me.

My best friends:

They are "always there for me" like when I text This girl and beg her to come to a party with me and she obliges, even though she has no clue who anyone there is and while she is there she's constantly tormented by a socially awkward boy. And even though I won't ever hear the end of it she was still went so I wouldn't be alone.

It's when I go to a carnival with this girl and we want to go on a ride but we don't want to pay for the tickets, so after trying to moch off others we cave and wait in line but as soon as we get inline for tickets they stop selling them. But you know what? She's my best friend so we go back the next day in the morning and make sure we're first in line. 

It's when I get a text from someone Ive known since I had broken my arm and she was jealous of my cast at the age of four. I get a text that says "Wanna go on a bike ride?:)" And our bike ride turns into a adventure of gathering strawberries, melting chocolate, complaining about boys, and running around in spanks at an elementary field, then falling asleep on her couch.

It's when one of my best friends who I used to go on mile long bike rides on trails that who knows where they take us used to live so close to me moved father away and now resides by my highschool, but does that stop us from hanging out? No, of course not. This is what drivings for. And usually I just go kidnap her...

It's when I always go to my best friends house on Christmas eve because it is now a tradition, and we can do this because we are best friends and our parents understand. It's when we sit in my car in complete darkness and just talk for hours, It's when I help her out with boys because somehow I'm good at stuff like that?

It's when she's pretty much my twin cause she looks a lot like me and she can text me one word and I know the whole life story behind it because we have some creepy telepathy. It's when we constantly come up with hilarious videos that do we ever film? Usually not. When I just show up at her house and we have so many stories to tell each other even though I just saw her the day before.

It's when someone says "You can't tell anybody" and the first thing you think is "Well she doesn't count, Im telling her." When you sit on the sidewalk for hours just trying to think of what you do with your life and you usually end up going to a spontaneous movie. 

Best friends is: 

• Having bragging rights of being older.

• Telling all about your first date, first kiss, boy of your dreams?

• Watching a movie where you wish it was your life and yelling "GET SOME" at the TV screen

• Becoming babes together

• Insulting each other but you never take it offensively 

• Going on adventures 

• Inside jokes to the max

 You always have to have the ethnic minority.. I have mine. hahaha

• Speaking with your eyes when boys are around

• lying on the floor in the fetal position and complaining about how much your life sucks and you just want a boy

Periods are contagious..

• When you guys become "engaged"

• Eating their food. 

• Instead of asking them to "Hang out" you ask them to "play" like the good ol' days.
