Nightly Habits

I have weird nightly habits. And no, this isn't like 8 or 9 I'm talking like 2 in the morning.

Listen up:

Around 2 each night (sometimes it changes but its usually this time) I wake up and just crave cereal I honestly have no clue why... So I sneak down to my kitchen, pour myself a bowl of fruit loops and then go back to my room to eat. While I'm eating I watch my TV and always get engrossed in the show that's playing. Thus causing me to lose about another hour of sleep. I don't really know why I can't go back to sleep. Every time I wake up in the middle of the night I feel like I need to move around for a bit. And then I can fall asleep just fine.


..Pretty sure I haven't slept through a full night in forever.
